Wellbeing Walk

November 14 @ 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm

Join us for a scenic and atmospheric meander through ancient oak woodland, where trees are cloaked in velvety green lichens and the quiet beauty of the forest invites us to slow down and reconnect with nature.

We will meet at The Lodge Forest Visitor Centre at 12.30pm. Please wear sturdy walking shoes, as parts of the trail may be muddy underfoot.

Along the way, we will pause to contemplate the wisdom of the trees and explore the sense of calm, grounding and healing that can arise through spending time in their presence and connecting with the natural world.

Come ready to walk slowly, breathe deeply, notice what is around you, and allow the woodland to offer its own invitation to pause and reflect.
